Equipped with modern technology and overlooking the Ueberseequartier, the Freiraum I & II can be booked individually or together, and in the latter case offer 115sqm of space for up to 110 people. Freiraum I has room for around 55 guests, depending on the seating arrangement.
When it comes to conferences, the flexible Freiraum is the perfect function room at the meeting area. With its own vestibule and access to a small terrace, its laid-back atmosphere is sure to get creative juices flowing. The Saint Martin room at the 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris’ lively 10th arrondissement can be used as a private dining room as well as for all kinds of meetings & events for up to 10 people (up to 25 people for a reception). Equipped with free WiFi, USB and plug sockets at the table, a flat screen monitor and , facilitator's equipment, this 29 sqm room is perfect for meetings and events in daylight. A bed and other lounge furniture create a casual atmosphere for creative and informal meetings. Together, the Saint Martin & Magenta rooms provide space for a welcome reception for 40 people.
The Muschelkammer function room is situated on the first floor of the 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian. The 45 sqm room can accommodate smaller meetings and events in a casual atmosphere. Equipped with modern conference technology, the room can host events for up to 20 people. Dark wood panelling lends the room the unique charm of a mountain lodge and bears reference to the tradition-rich Muschelsaal in the Augustiner-Keller beer garden and restaurant. Special highlights for conference breaks: the room has a copper kettle filled with crushed ice to keep the beverages at the perfect temperature.
The Atelier is located on the ground floor next to the Cinchona Bar and is the perfect size for smaller meetings, get-togethers and product presentations. Freiraum II offers 50sqm of space, and is therefore the perfect compromise. Whether it’s an assessment centre, small conferences or brainstorming – it has space for 50 people to let their creative juices flow or work hard in peace. Together with Freiraum I, the XL Freiraum version has around 115sqm in total.

Situated on the ground floor of the 25hours Hotel Das Tour, La Cuisine is furnished entirely in the style of a French country house kitchen. The brass pots hanging from the walls, floral tiles and dark wooden surfaces lend the 15 m2 room a rustic flair. La Cuisine has a large block table for up to 10 people and is ideal for sociable gatherings, evening receptions or for conferences in a more laid-back atmosphere.
The Wohnzimmer lounge is so much more than just a space to kick back and relax in. In true 25hours style, it is a multifunctional space for all the things that really matter in life: comfort and functionality need not be mutually exclusive. Up to 20 people will find ample space in the cosily furnished, 48sqm Living Room.
At 124sqm, the Space Unit is the largest function room in the rotunda. Large windows provide fresh air and views of the rear courtyard whilst small windows looking out onto the conference foyer are more suited to daydreaming. Different seating arrangements offer lots of flexibility and the option to plan anything from a reception for up to 130 people to traditional conferences, creative workshops and even more unusual events. For smaller events, the generous space can be divided into two units of 44sqm and 80sqm.
Analogue worlds pervade the Tonbandlounge - specifically designed by the Viennese old-school specialists from SUPERSENSE. The Tonbandlounge is situated in a quiet spot on the 1st floor and can be closed off using a glass door. With a floor space of 69sqm, it is the perfect setting for creative meetings and drinks with its comfortable lounge set-up, private bar and cassette and audiotape equipment.
In front of the Tonbandlounge, you can find the Business Station, which is equipped with iMacs and a printer, and the Gambling Corner, with Polaroid pinball and an arm-wrestling machine.

A variety of seating arrangements ensure flexibility and the option of planning traditional conferences and events or more out-of-the-ordinary get-togethers. Shades of blue and wooden accessories imbue the room with a positive ambience as the right setting for productive meetings L’Atelier is perfectly combinable with the breakout rooms on the same level and with the French country house kitchen La Cuisine in the foyer.

With its seating areas and adjustable lounge corners, the foyer is both cosy and open, and features a games machine as its highlight, which has 1,000 games, including classics like Pac-Man, and can be played in two-player mode.
The small loft, which can accommodate up to 50 people is located in the heart of the action yet private. With two glass walls and a separate access to the roof terrace it offers impressive views over Vienna. We can help you to plan a meeting, reception party or birthday celebration in this room.
