We’ve got a whole stock room full of career ladders. For short legs, for long legs, for self-starters, for overachievers, and so on and so forth. Career development here is actually quite easy. You simply tell us where you want to end up and we’ll look for the right ladder together. And swoosh, up you go. We regularly meet with our employees to have a look at which rung they’re currently on. At these meetings, listening is more important than keeping score. If we hear something along the lines of “I want” or “I can”, then we get the big ladders out - for employees who want to pass on their knowledge to selected “Multis” among us.
