How can I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem your voucher directly at the hotel. Your voucher will be credited at the hotel if you have booked a prepaid rate.

How can I redeem my promotional code?

Simply visit our website at, then select a hotel and your travel dates. Click on the field for the promotional code below the ‘Book Now’ button and enter the code. Then click on ‘Book Now’.

How can I view, change or cancel my reservation?

If you have booked your stay on our website, go to our website at, click on the ‘My Booking’ button and log in or use your confirmation number and email address. If you have booked your stay on a partner website (,, etc.), you must visit the same partner website to change your booking.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, vouchers and all common debit and credit cards.

The room rate has since changed on the website. Why does that happen?

Like airlines, we also work with daily rates and prices that change depending on availability and occupancy. So changes in the room rates are possible at any time.

During your stay

How do I check in?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm. An earlier check-in is possible on request and subject to availability. Please send any enquiries to the hotel team in advance of your arrival. Contact details can be found on the hotel website.

By when must I check out?

Check-out is by 12pm. If you need the room for longer, please enquire at check-in or at reception during your stay if a later check-out would be possible.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.

Is the Wi-Fi free of charge?

Yes, the Wi-Fi is free of charge. Simply accept the terms and conditions of use to go online.

I am travelling with children. What do I need to bear in mind?

Children under 7 sleep in their parents’ room free of charge. Breakfast is free. You must book an additional bed for children aged between 7 and 11. A 50% reduction is offered on the regular price of breakfast. Children aged 12 and older are considered full paying guests, so you must book either an additional bed or a separate room. They will be charged the regular price for breakfast like adults.

I am travelling with my pet. What do I need to bear in mind?

Pets are very welcome at 25hours. When booking on our website at, simply add the dog package to the booking after selecting the room. Simply state your pet as an additional request when making your booking by telephone or email. An additional charge of EUR 20 per night applies to your four-legged friend.

Can I have breakfast at your hotel, even if I am not staying there?

Yes, but kindly take note that it is not possible to book a table for breakfast. Simply drop by and enquire with the staff about a free table and the price. Prices may vary from hotel to hotel. Please bear in mind that we are unable to guarantee that a table will be free, depending on occupancy at the hotel.

Is there a minibar?

Yes, there is a free minibar at all 25hours Hotels. The first stock is free – replenishments can be requested at the hotel.

Is there room service?

25hours does not offer room service, but it is possible to take food and drinks from the restaurant and bar to your room at any time.

Is there a bike rental service?

25hours is a partner of the Berlin bicycle manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes. A selection of organic and e-bikes is available for cycling tours. Cargo bikes are also available in some hotels. Simply enquire about the models, availability and prices at reception.
