Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?
No, that is not possible. It is best to drive directly into the underground car park. Click here for current information about parking facilities.

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
BER: Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Berlin levies an additional accommodation tax, which must be settled on departure. Children and adolescents are required to pay this tax as well.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve breakfast in the NENI Restaurant on the 10th floor on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends from 7 to 11:30am.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
NENI Berlin tends to get quite full. We strongly advise our guests to book a table in advance. You can book a table online here.
Is there a sauna?
Hotel guests are invited to use the Jungle Sauna overlooking the zoo free of charge. Keys and a sauna snack are available from reception.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
There are several elevators to reception and the restaurant and bar.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
The hotel does not have its own gym. Day passes for the neighbouring McFit are available at reception for the reduced price of EUR 10.

Are there rooms with connecting doors?
Yes, there are rooms with a connecting door in the Urban and Jungle room categories.
Is smoking allowed in Hotel?
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, but permitted on the outdoor terraces.
Is laundry service available?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (except weekends and public holidays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
"The urban speedsters from the Berlin manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes are available for tours of the city and the surrounding area. Our fleet includes both organic and e-bikes. The bikes are rented out on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Contact reception for all the information about models, sizes and prices. Curated by bike experts, a cycling map with recommended tours is included free of charge.
