Where can I park?
When you arrive, you can leave your keys with our valet service or park in our underground car park, which has space for around 450 vehicles.

Loading and unloading is possible on the basement floor or in the reception area in front of the hotel.

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
VAT, a service charge, tourist tax and local tax are already included in the booking price and do not have to be paid additionally on departure. Children and adolescents are required to pay this tax as well.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve breakfast in the Tandoor Tina on the ground floor of the hotel daily from 6:30 to 10:30am.

Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna and rooftop pool free of charge. The pool and sauna are open daily from 10am to 10pm.

The hotel gym is located on the 6th floor. The indoor area is fully equipped with machines, free weights and exercise bikes. Hotel guests are invited to use the gym free of charge. The gym is open from 5am to 1 am.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas of the hotel. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
We offer a standard and express laundry service at the hotel.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
Guests are invited to leave their luggage with our concierge.

Rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
25hours is a partner of the Berlin bicycle manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes. A selection of organic and e-bikes is available for cycling tours. Our guests can borrow a bike free of charge. The bikes are available from reception. The ‘first come, first served’ principle applies. A bicycle is already included in the amenities of rooms in the Artist Village category. Guests in these rooms have exclusive use of their personal bike for the duration of their stay.
