The Trip

Around the world in a day - adventurous trips in direct vicinity of the main station in Frankfurt.

About the Hotel

around the world in a day.

Africa, Asia, Oceania, distant lands, foreign cultures. The Frankfurt-based artist Michael Dreher and the team at Morgen Interiors are bringing the whole world into Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel with their concept. From the ground floor to the loft, each floor of the 25hours Hotel The Trip is reminiscent of adventurous journeys and legendary expeditions. The Arctic, tropics and mountains become laid-back sanctuaries imbued with a quiet thirst for adventure and a longing for faraway places. Under the motto "Israel meets Palestine", at the BAR SHUKA restaurant, Oriental dishes are brought together on the plate. People from all over the world tell their stories in the Bollywood cinema and the Japanese SHUKA BAR. The shared workspace in Studio 54 can be used for longer or shorter stays. The obstacle course on the roof terrace is the perfect place to let off steam whilst doing some exercise followed by relaxation in the Finnish sauna.

ride it like you stole it.

Venues & Ideas

The 25hours Hotel The Trip is situated at the intersection between Frankfurt's Westend and Bahnhofsviertel districts, just a stone’s throw from the main railway station and therefore easy to reach by bus and train. The ground floor is also home to the meeting and event venues: The Freiraum function rooms I, II, and III offer a relaxed venue for events measuring a total of 165sqm. Always included: plenty of daylight, good design, standard equipment and personalised catering. A fully kitted out co-working space is also available at STUDIO 54 on the 3rd floor. For offbeat and unique gatherings, the Mahatma Gandhi Cinema in the basement is the ideal setting for creative thinking, productive discussions or special occasions. Creativity has no limits. We challenge you to challenge us!

Venues

25hours hotels are not merely ‘off the shelf’; they are tailored to each location. Sometimes cool, sometimes colourful, sometimes nostalgic, sometimes mundane – 25hours hotels offer not only bed and breakfast but plenty of entertainment, surprises and fun, too. The possibilities in the areas of Meetings, Incentives, and Events are as diverse as the hotels themselves. Whether it’s a Moroccan picnic, a yoga session or a stop on a sailing trip, give your next event that extra something and offer your guests, clients and business partners an experience they won’t forget.

Yearning for Comfort

Rooms are becoming ever more comfortable, both at home and in hotels. Thomas Tritsch could write the book on this topic. Together with architect Sabine Mühlbauer, the artist founded Morgen Interiors in 1998.

The Science of Scent

Subtle and seductive, the aroma molecule Iso E Super was created in a laboratory in 1973. In 2006, the master perfumer Geza Schön bottled it pure to create Molecule 01 — a fragrance that fast gained a cult following the world over. Many more scents later, COMPANION visited Schön at his Berlin apartment and lab to get a whiff of the chemistry behind his ‘anti-fragrances’, and glean his take on the wellness industry’s obsession with nature (hint: it’s overrated).
