In the magnificent building at Bahnhofplatz 1, the 25hours Hotel Munich The Royal Bavarian has found its place in Munich. A building with its own rich history: In the last century, it still served as a building for the postal service and a royal telegraph station. Today, it is a meeting point for travellers and city explorers. Exactly where Munich is at its most raw, urban, and vibrant - at the heart of the city. 165 rooms await the guests: The room category Small to Extra Large, plus the Swan and Peacock Suites, are cosy sanctuaries inspired by different worlds. At the heart of the 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian is the eatery NENI as well as the Aperitivo Bar. It´s where our guests gather for an Oriental lunch or dinner. The Boilerman Bar on the 1^st floor is the perfect place to socialise and meet friendly people.

On board you’ll find a tour map of the most charming routes round the city, curated by bike professionals especially for 25hours.

Reserved exclusively for hotel guests, the wellness area is located on the 4th floor with a delightful quiet terrace facing the atrium. Equipped with a sauna and a spacious rest area, it is an inviting place to kick back and relax after a busy day in the city. The sauna’s pinewood panelling exudes a salubrious scent, while the hoses and splash showers provide for the necessary cool-down after a session in the sauna.

We take responsibility – for your guests, employees and the world we inhabit. You will not encounter disposable plastic – we trust in smart, regional and sustainable products instead. We are convinced: Our Schindelhauer bikes are the best way to explore the neighbourhood sights, entirely without emissions. You can contribute actively by waiving room cleaning during your stay. We are collaborating with Aktion Baum on reforestation projects in Germany. The food scales from Orbisk help to minimise waste in the kitchen. Since 2024, the 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian has been certified according to the Green Key programme thanks to these and other initiatives. 

The 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian is situated at the prestigious address Bahnhofplatz 1, directly opposite Munich Central Station and just a few minutes’ walk from Karlsplatz and the city centre. Events with a royal flair can be carried out in the former post office building.
