Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?

Statutory VAT, the accommodation tax and the local tax are already included in the booking price. No other taxes are payable on departure.



Food & Drink

Where and when is breakfast served?

We serve breakfast in the RIBELLI Restaurant on the ground floor on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7am to 2pm.

How do I book a table at the restaurant?

The RIBELLI Restaurant tends to get quite full. The best way to book a table for lunch or dinner is directly by telephone or email. Contact details can be found on our website

During the stay

Is there a sauna?

Our Mermaid’s Cave with a sauna and relaxation area is situated in the basement.

Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna area free of charge.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

There are two lifts to the guest rooms and a panorama lift that takes you directly to the Dachboden Bar + Loft.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Are there rooms with a connecting doors?

There are several rooms with a connecting door. The best way to book one of these rooms is to contact our reservations department directly. Contact details can be found on the hotel website.

Is smoking allowed in Hotel?

The 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted at all times in the outdoor areas in front of the hotel entrance and on the terraces of the RIBELLI Restaurant and the Dachboden Bar during opening hours.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?

Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (a 50% surcharge applies on Saturdays). (The service is not available on Sundays and public holidays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?

We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.

Is there a bicycle rental service?

Yes, we rent out normal and e-bikes by the Schindelhauer Bikes brand. Information about the various models, sizes and prices is available from reception at any time.

Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?

Tea and coffee making facilities are available free of charge in all rooms in the Extra Large, Gigantic and Panorama categories. We would be happy to provide a kettle in the other room categories upon request and subject to availability.
