Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?

Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but Zürich Tourism levies an additional city tax, which must be settled on departure.

Where and when is breakfast served?

We serve breakfast in the RIBELLI Restaurant on the ground floor on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7:30am to 2pm.

During the stay

Is there a sauna?

The sauna is located on the top floor, where you can admire the Business Plaza and the Uetliberg through rose-coloured glasses. You can sweat and relax there from Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday to Sunday from 1pm to 11pm. A sauna bag is available at reception. Use of the sauna is free of charge for all hotel guests.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

The hotel has several elevators.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

The gym with a treadmill and cardio equipment is open 25/7. Hotel guests are invited to use the gym free of charge.

Are there rooms with a connecting door?

There are several rooms with a connecting door. The best way to book one of these rooms is to contact our reservations department directly. Contact details can be found on the hotel website.

Is smoking allowed in at the hotel?

The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in front of the main entrance to the hotel and on the terrace of the RIBELLI Restaurant.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?

Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (only Mon–Fri). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?

We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.

Is there a bicycle rental service?

The hotel has a fleet of sporty Schindelhauer bikes – perfect for a tour along the Limmat or around Lake Zurich. Information about rentals, models and sizes can be obtained at reception.

The bikes are rented out on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?

All of our Extra Large rooms and suites come with tea and coffee making facilities.
