The 25hours Hotel Vienna at MuseumsQuartier is in the heart of the city’s seventh district. A stark contrast to the upper-class first district, it is packed with chic possibilities, shops, restaurants and clubs which would be equally at home in Soho or Berlin-Mitte. It is also home to the Museumsquartier or museum district, one of the ten largest cultural complexes in the world. Guests can reach all of Vienna’s sights quickly and easily from the hotel. Hofburg Palace and the Volksgarten park, the city centre with St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Naschmarkt are all just a stone’s throw away. Vienna International Airport is approx. 20 km away.
Spread over seven storeys, the 185 rooms and 34 suites boast an interesting combination of materials, shapes, colours and accessories. A total of five designs portraying imaginative circus scenes tell various exciting bedtime stories. Guests who need more space or are looking for something extra special can book one of our suites. All of them have their own kitchenette and some have a spectacular view of the park too. All rooms offer guests free high-speed WiFi and use of our free of charge rental MINIs.
The 1500 FOODMAKERS restaurant seats almost 130 people. Inspired by the coolest restaurants in Santa Monica, New York and Los Angeles. It serves Italian cuisine in typical 25hours style. Cosmopolitan pizza, pasta, light salads and naughty but nice dolci are all on the menu. Diners sit at wooden and zinc tables.
Up in the loft, there is a stunning view and always a great atmosphere. Perched above the city’s rooftops, it is a quiet place to work, a comfortable lounge in the afternoon and an after-work hotspot in the evening. Needless to say, the rooftop terrace is the star of the show, overlooking the park and the parliament. On a clear day, you can even see the vineyards of Kloserneuburg. In the spirit of Vienna’s seventh district, the Dachboden bar serves a mixture of local beverages and distinctive specialities at fair prices.
When the sun makes Vienna even more stunning, delicious refreshments are also served in our burger garden. Burger de Ville operates out of a cult American Airstream, adding an informal summer oasis to the dining options at the 25hours Hotel Vienna at MuseumsQuartier.
After a long day in Vienna, guests can sweat, cool off and relax – or the other way round – in the Mermaid’s Cave. Spanning 250sqm / 2691sqft, the spa area includes a tea and refreshments area and hanging chairs which rock gently, helping you to relax. Glass walls create oases of calm without hemming you in and allow you to admire the Berlin illustrator Olaf Hajek’s charming little mermaid from various angles.
The function suite with its outdoor terrace overlooking Weghuberpark provides the ideal backdrop for creative brainstorming and focussed discussions. Witty and original, the Freiraum function rooms can be rented individually or combined to cater for a range of events. All of the function rooms have modern, professional conference equipment. Organisers planning more unusual events can book exclusive use of the Wohnzimmer lounge and the Dachboden loft as well.
