This website uses retargeting tags.  A retargeting tag is a JavaScript element that is placed in the website’s source code. When a user visits a page of this website that contains a retargeting tag, an online advertising supplier (e.g. Google) places a cookie on the user’s computer and assigns this cookie to corresponding retargeting target group lists.
