The Bar at the 25hours Hotel Florence is traditional Italian and cosmopolitan international at the same time. The menu is dominated by bitter-sweet classics bringing together bitters, liqueurs or vermouth. While the Negroni might be the best seller, there are also contemporary interpretations of dolce-amaro.
