Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?

Yes, it is possible to stop in front of the hotel to load and unload your luggage.

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?

Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Frankfurt levies a tourism charge, which must be settled on departure. Business travellers who are able to verify the reason for their stay may be exempted from payment of this accommodation tax. Children and adolescents are required to pay this tax as well.



Food & Drink

Where and when is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the Bar Shuka Restaurant between 6:30 and 10:30am from Monday to Friday and from 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends and public holidays.

How do I book a table at the restaurant?

The best way to book a table for lunch or dinner is online or directly by telephone.

During the stay

Is there a sauna?

The roof terrace with a sauna, indoor and outdoor shower and changing rooms is located on the 6th floor. Sauna bags with slippers and bath robes are available from reception.

Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna free of charge.

 

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

There are several elevators at the hotel.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

There is a callisthenics course on our roof terrace. Guests who prefer not to work out in the fresh air are advised to visit the Fitseveneleven Westend Süd. 25hours Hotel guests receive a discounted gym day pass for EUR 10.
Simply contact reception before heading out for exercise.

Are there rooms with connecting doors?

No, The 25hours Hotel The Trip unfortunately does not have any rooms with a connecting door.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

No, smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Smoking is only permitted in the public outdoor areas, on the roof terrace, in the inner courtyard or in front of the main entrance.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer a laundry service at the moment.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?

We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.

Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?

All Extra Large rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

Is there a bicycle rental service?

We rent out organic and e-bikes on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Information about the various models, sizes and prices can be obtained at reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make firm bookings for bicycles prior to arrival. A Schindelhauer bike is always included in the amenities of some Extra Large rooms. If you are interested, please enquire directly during the booking process.
