Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price and no additional taxes are payable on departure.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve breakfast in the NENI Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7 to 11am.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
NENI København tends to get quite full. We strongly advise our guests to book a table in advance. You can book a table online here.
Is there a sauna?
The hotel has an outdoor sauna with indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna free of charge. A sauna bag is available from reception.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
There are several elevators to access the hotel rooms and the bar. The restaurant, café and meeting area are found on the ground floor of the hotel.
Is there a gym room at the hotel?
The gym is located on the first floor of the hotel. You can look forward to a fully equipped gym with the latest techno gym fitness equipment, yoga mats and a view of the sauna terrace.
Hotel guests are invited to use the gym free of charge.
Are there rooms with connecting doors?
Yes, there are rooms with connecting doors in all room categories.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, but it is possible to smoke in front of the main entrance or in the Secret Garden.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 10am will be returned by 10:30am the following day (except weekends and public holidays). Price lists and laundry bags are available from staff at reception.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bike rental service?
We offer a selection of sporty rental bikes from the Berlin bicycle brand Schindelhauer. The bikes are available directly at reception, depending on availability. Rooms in the Extra Large category always come with a Schindelhauer Bike. Guests in these rooms have exclusive use of their personal bike for the duration of their stay.
Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in all rooms from the Large category upwards.
