Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but Zürich Tourism levies an additional city tax, which must be settled on departure.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve a lavish breakfast buffet in the NENI restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel on Mondays to Fridays from 6.30 to 10.30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7.30am to 2pm.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
NENI Zurich tends to be quite full. We strongly advise our guests to book a table in advance. The best way to book a table for lunch or dinner is by telephone or email. Contact details can be found on the restaurant website.
Is there a sauna?
The 90° sauna on the top floor with a view of the rail tracks is open Mondays to Thursdays from 4 to 11pm and Fridays to Sundays from 1 to 11pm. Sauna bags with slippers and a bathrobe are available from reception. Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna free of charge.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
The hotel has two elevators.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
The hotel gym with cardio equipment and a terrace is located on the top floor directly adjacent to the sauna. The gym is open 25/7. Hotel guests are invited to use the gym free of charge.
Are there rooms with a connecting door?

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in front of the main entrance to the hotel.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (only Mon–Fri). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
Our Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin through the city on the Limmat. Information about rentals, the different models and sizes is available at reception. A city map including cycle tours is also included. A bicycle is already included in the amenities of rooms in the Extra Large category and the suites. Guests in these rooms have exclusive use of the bike in their room for the duration of their stay.
Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?
Tea, coffee and a kettle are only included in XL rooms.
