SHUKA CAFE

SHUKA CAFE

TEL AVIV BAKERY, HUMMUS & DRINKS
Challah sandwiches, fresh Jerusalem bagels, hummus plates, BOMBA coffee and drinks: SHUKA CAFE combines Tel Aviv Bakery with street food market, cafe culture with cocktail bar. The little grand cousin of BAR SHUKA has not forgotten her great-grandparents' baking recipes. At the same time, she goes for a beer and grilled chicken wings at Shuk'Ha Carmel, her favourite market in Tel Aviv. Unmissable in the lobby of the 25hours Hotel The Trip in the station district, with colorful seating, indoors and out. There you find the excellent BOMBA coffee, along with cocktails and Israeli beer. A rarity is the Jewish Bakery offer. Besides freshly baked sweet rogelach, there are original Jerusalem bagels and challah bread. Challah is essential in Jewish culture, a fluffy brioche-like braided bread eaten on all holidays and Shabbat.
