Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?
Yes, you can stop directly in front of the hotel to load and unload luggage.
Where can I park?
Enter the underground car park via the underground car park entrance on Spiesergasse. There is a lift to the hotel from the underground car park. The hotel has only a limited number of parking spaces available. EUR 21 per day, open 24 hours.
Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Cologne levies an additional charge for the promotion of culture, which must be settled on departure. Business travellers who are able to verify the reason for their stay may be exempted from payment of this charge for the promotion of culture.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve breakfast in the NENI Restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7 to 11am.
How can I reserve a table at the restaurant?
NENI Cologne tends to get quite full. We strongly advise our guests to book a table in advance. You can book a table online here.
Is there a sauna?
Hotel guests are invited to use the wellness area on the 7th floor free of charge. A sauna bag is available from reception.
The sauna is open daily from 2 to 11pm.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
The hotel has three elevators to the rooms, restaurant and bar.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Hotel guests are invited to use the gym on the 7th floor free of charge.
The gym is open daily from 7am to 11pm.
Are there rooms with a connecting door?
Yes, there are 10 Medium rooms with a connecting door.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in front of the main entrance. Smoking is also permitted on the outdoor terraces of the Monkey Bar and NENI Restaurant.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 6pm the same day (except weekends and public holidays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure.
It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
We rent out both organic and e-bikes from the Berlin brand Schindelhauer at hourly or daily rates. Information about rentals, models and sizes can be obtained at reception. Bikes can only be booked at the hotel.
10 rooms in the Large category always come with a Schindelhauer Bike. If you want to make sure to get a room with a bike, it is best to book directly with our reservations department and mention your request when making the booking. Contact details can be found on our hotel website.
