Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
The booking price already includes the culture and tourism tax levied by the City of Hamburg. The charge paid to the City of Hamburg is based on the room rate. Minors and students are required to pay this tax as well.
Where and when is breakfast served?
We serve breakfast in the NENI restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends from 7 to 11:30am.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
NENI Hamburg tends to get quite full. We strongly advise our guests to book a table in advance. You can book a table online here.
Is there a sauna
Guests at the 25hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt have free use of the sauna in the sister hotel 25hours Hotel HafenCity right next door.
Keys and a sauna back are available from reception at the 25hours Hotel HafenCity.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
There are two elevators at the hotel. Most of our rooms can be reached by elevator. A small number of rooms can only be reached by taking the staircase.
Please contact us in advance if you require guaranteed barrier-free access to your room.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
The hotel does not have its own gym. Day passes for the neighbouring Prime Time Fitness just around the corner on Überseeboulevard are available at reception for the reduced price of EUR 8.

Are there rooms with connecting doors?
Unfortunately, the 25hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt does not have any rooms with a connecting door. If required, guests are advised to book accommodation in our sister hotel 25hours Hotel HafenCity right next door.
Is smoking allowed in Hotel?
The 25hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside and in the designated area next to the bar.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (except weekends and public holidays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
The hotel has a partnership with the Berlin bicycle manufacturer Schindelhauer. The various models are available in different sizes and are rented out on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Information about rentals, models and availability can be obtained at reception. A bicycle is already included in the amenities of rooms in the XL category.
Guests can use their personal Schindelhauer Bike at their own discretion for the duration of their stay.
Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?
Tea, coffee and a kettle are only included in XL rooms.
